Here at Alethea’s Chocolates, every product is made by hand, in small batches, using the highest quality ingredients. By having the factory literally steps away from our retail shop, we can have fresh, delicious confections ready for our customers, the very same day they are made.
This is especially critical with confections like our legendary Sponge Candy, which must be made under very strict conditions, to maintain its crisp melt in your mouth center.
